THE BUSINESS OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE
UAE's Etihad Airways announced that it will resume flights to Morocco on 23rd June 2021 even though Morocco is under a state of emergency until 10th July 2021. The country is keeping its borders closed as part of the preventive measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 but with COVID-19 cases going down and the national vaccination campaign looking promising, Morocco has started introducing lockdown easing measures and some local reports also said that the government is discussing plans to resume international air travel next week with the expected introduction of a vaccine passport. People who have received two doses of vaccine in Morocco can download the passport via the website www.liqahcorona.ma. The document will allow holders to travel through the national territory without restrictions.
