Become a leader in international trade without taking the time out to study!

The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, offered by the IOE&IT in collaboration with the University of Plymouth, is a unique qualification providing new and existing staff with the opportunity to access management training, gain a degree and achieve Chartered Manager status.

For businesses: Do you want to attract and develop talented employees in the much-needed area of customs and international trade? Do you need highly skilled managers to support the future of your business beyond just the UK market?

For employees: Do you aspire to be a successful leader in international trade, customs, and logistics? Are you looking to progress your management career without the time and expense of studying?

The qualification has been specifically designed to meet the needs of businesses and their employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in international trade management, customs, logistics and supply chain.

As an apprenticeship it is a flexible alternative to traditional study, enabling employees to earn a full honours degree whilst earning a salary and applying learned theory and practical application directly to the workplace.

The IOE&IT can support businesses in accessing government funding via the apprenticeship levy or provide alternative funding options to minimise up-front costs.
